Our Applications

Our PU Grout Technology

Our remedial waterproofing system utilizes advanced polyurethane (PU) injection technology to permanently stop water leakage in concrete and masonry structures.

PU injection technology works by introducing specially formulated polyurethane resin into cracks, joints, and voids within the concrete structure. The material reacts with water and rapidly expands to form a durable waterproof barrier that seals leakage pathways from within the structure.

How the Technology Works

The process uses pressure injection to push PU resin deep into leaking cracks.

Step 1
Identify Leakage Path

Water enters structures through:

  • Cracks
  • Construction joints
  • Honeycombs
  • Pipe penetrations

Step 2
Drill Injection Ports

Small holes are drilled along the crack and injection packers are installed.

Step 3
Inject PU Grout

Using a high-pressure pump, the PU resin is injected.

When the resin meets water:

Step 4
Curing

The foam cures to create:

  • Flexible waterproof seal
  • Long-term water barrier
Grouting chemical reaction

Chemical Reaction

PU + Water → Expansion + Foam Formation

The grout:

  • Expands up to 10–30 times its volume
  • Pushes water out
  • Fills micro cracks and voids
